'I thought the community needed some answers, and I thought we were going to get them tonight,' said Debbie Whelan, whose daughter, a friend of Celina's, was sobbing after watching a news report on a TV monitor.
"I don't even know what to say. I thought the community needed some answers, and I thought we were going to get them tonight," said Debbie Whelan, whose daughter, a friend of Celina's, was sobbing after watching a news report on a TV monitor.
Debbie Whelan, who dialed 911 after Celinas older sister Kayla went to her house looking for the missing girl Tuesday morning, said the 11-year-old never wouldve run away because she was too timid. Whelan and many others believe someone went to the home to take her away.
