Ericsson GSM/UMTS, Alcatel-Lucent, Nokia, Siemens, SIAD, Nortel RAN, RNC and True Position Platforms Experience with CDMA technologies, VoIP and cell tower operations, along with Ericsson EVDO deployment processes Alarm surveillance and triage systems for HVAC, power, facility intrusion, T1, T3 and DS3 outages and malfunctions Remote cell site troubleshooting with emphasis on sector / cell sites operational restoration React and Net Analyst software for T1 testing & troubleshooting techniques for cell site functionality, including new cell site operation and turn up Advance with Remedy ticketing systems, CTS ticketing system, Granite and NOC environment NetCool monitoring systems, some LINUX experience. Experience with ProComm for Nortel access for software upgrades, Sun Solaris and UNIX operating system experience for application software Provisioning and troubleshooting experience with as Adtran 1100, 1148, 1200, 3000 and 5000; AFC EMS and Craft; Calix-C7 & E5; Marconi, Gig-E and Lucent Stinger. Help Desk knowledge in new user & account setup, password resets, various forms of assistance for end user operation and troubleshooting peripherals (i.e.; printer mapping) HyperTerminal, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, XP, Visio, Windows 2000 Server and Professional installation and maintenance.) Core Network- SMSC MMSC, GSN, voicemail, fax, etc. Porting (Carrier Switch)- use SMG to do porting Understanding of Mobility (Mobility Network and Mobility IT).
