Greetings, I am Don Duncan. I have been building for over 30 years and operating my Home Building Construction Company for over 20 years, having built and sold several hundred homes. I offer a full spectrum of homes from starter homes for the first time buyer, Full Custom Built Homes, and Retirement Homes. I acquired my Real Estate license four and a half years ago to be more involved in marketing of my homes. I strive to be the best and I continue to learn. I have also earned the following certifications in Home Building: Full Contracting license (BC), Master Electrician (CE), Master Mechanical (CMC), andCertified Green Professional (CGP), I am one of only 4 contractors located in Montgomery County, TN with CGP designation. As a Real Estate Profession I have the following certifications: (GRI) Graduate Realty Institute, (e-PRO) web based marketing certification, and(GREEN)sustainable, energy efficient homes. My goals as a Builder and Real Estate Professional are to build and sell the best built homes available in this area!
