Realtor! / Mom/ Designer My Husband Michael and I are both realtors....and we are definitely not your typical real estate team! We work in many areas of Northeast Ohio, including in Lake, Geauga, and Cuyahoga Counties. We came into the real estate business from a completely different industry, so we bring a fresh approach to home buying and selling. We find that what clients like the most is our upfront and honest approach to marketing and home buying. FOR EXAMPLE.....if the wallpaper is ugly and bringing the sale of your home to a halt....either prepare to discount the home, or roll up your sleeves and remove the wallpaper! Never stay home during the showings....it is the kiss of death! If you want to own your home forever, just stay home and, better yet, follow the buyers around during the showing! YOU WILL NEVER MOVE! Hey, we show homes every day. We know how buyers react to a seller staying home during a showing. (It is universal, they get very quiet and want to leave ASAP) So, as it may not appeal to you sellers, if you want to sell the home GET THE HECK OUT OF IT! This is good advise, trust us. If you are a buyer, lets NOT see if we can exhaust every nickel you have,....lets look for a deal, a bargain, a way to buy a great home and still get all of the things you want, at a price you can afford. It can be done! Negotiation skills are imperative....and so is being in the right place at the right time! Being on the lookout and matching the perfect home to the buyer keeps me on notice around the clock....I never know when that perfect property will enter the marketplace, so I have to be ready! The home designer/ and floorplan problem solver gene is alive and kicking in both of us. We review a home to see what it lacks....what would make sense in the floorplan, how to utilize wasted spaces,...so with Michaels engineering background and my keen eye for design and color, we come up with some great transformations!
