In the 10 years employed with State of Arizona, WIA Program I received numerous letters of compliments for my knowledge, professionalism and ability to establish an excellent rapport with WIA Program providers. Also providing the need for program training especially in the skill attainment area, returning calls and emails in a timely manner and the ability to answer technical questions providing the correct Federal citations and State law to reinforce my answers. In addition I received many letters and emails also addressed to my last supervisor of my extensive knowledge of WIA and the way I presented solutions and taught the local areas at the time of my monitoring visits how to correct problems in the data collection system and taught the Skill Attainment and other vital information for program compliance. ( Supervisor never acknowledged nor commented on my commendations, but did so for others.)
