Abstract:

The interior of the drawn, rolled or forged pipe () forms a high-pressure reservoir () comprising pressure lines (), which are respectively connected to the reservoir by means of a transversal bore (). The sealing body () of an end connection presses against a bearing surface () of the pipe () to form a seal by means of a force transmission element () that is provided with a thread. To reduce axial installation space and to improve the tensioning conditions, the sealing body () and the force transmission element () are arranged at least partially parallel to one another in the axial direction.
