I was born in Quito, Ecuador. When I was 21 I came to New York in search of better opportunities. Before I started my career in real estate I got married to my wife Mercedes, the mother of my two most precious gifts of life: Yvonne and Michelle. My career in Real Estate started in 1975 as a Salesperson for Latino Realty in Queens. In 1979 I was trusted to become the Manager for the office of Latino Realty in Jamaica Hills in Queens, NY. After 7 years of successful years with Latino Realty I decided to open my own company in Woodhaven, Queens. The new company started in May 1983 with the affiliation of Century 21, Bonus Realty was born! In 1993, after 10 exiting years with Century 21, I decided to convert Bonus Realty and become a Re/Max Franchise. This new partnership gave me the opportunity to learn even more about the nature of the real estate practitioner. This experience was used to decide in 2003 the departure from Re/Max and to join proudly Weichert Realtors. Our company became the first Weichert Franchise in Queens. This affiliation came to an end in July 31, 2009. The market trends and business failures of the industry force me to sick for new ideas, new concepts. My spirit of constant re-evaluation and innovation of new ideas and never afraid of new directions put me in front of the opportunity to be part of the creation of a new Market Center for Keller Williams Landmark Realty.
