About:

Edgar is a seasoned veteran with more than 15 years of work experience in the corporate world with “Fortune 500” companies like ExxonMobil and Colgate Palmolive. He graduated from college in 1988 at age 22 with a Bachelor in Business Administration from the prestigious University of the Sacred Heart located in San Juan, P.R. He quickly joined the Sales Team at Colgate Palmolive P.R., rapidly earning the respect and trust of his peers and customers. In less than two years he had achieved the position of “Territory Manager” with more than 100 accounts under his belt. In 1993 he joined ExxonMobil in the position of “Territory Manager”, where he quickly increased overall sales at service stations in his route earning him the position of “Lubes Supervisor”. In 1998 he joined the Planning Team responsible for preparing the “5 Year Real Estate Investment Plan” for ExxonMobil in the Caribbean, thus, exposing him for the very first time to the world of Real Estate. In 1999 the Study results were approved by the Regional Management Team of Coral Gables (Fl) and Edgar was appointed “Real Estate Head” for the Caribbean Region. This position had the unique task of implementing the study results which were the acquisition and disposition of existing gasoline service stations, acquisition of vacant land for new service stations, and seeking Co-branding opportunities. In 2003, with 65% of the plan completed, Edgar decided to go full time on his own in the Real Estate Business. He earned his Sales Associate designation in 2004 and his Real Estate Broker’s designation in early 2006. He is currently a full time Real Estate Broker associated with Re/Max Premier in Weston Fl. In 2005 he earned his “Million Dollar Club Producer” designation for the first time. Edgar has been married for 23+ yrs with Myrna Pagan and are parents to two college kids. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and also bicultural. Nowadays Edgar specializes in investment properties, as well as helping families with the ordeal of selling and buying their next home.
