Abstract:

A portable urinal apparatus includes a supporter attached to the top of a catch basin and a discharge tube attached to the bottom of the catch basin, in which the catch basin is constructed so as to catch urinary fluids and direct those fluids down through the discharge tube into the toilet bowl of a conventional sit down toilet. An interior chamber is defined by the walls of the catch basin. The sides of the catch basin are sloped to direct fluids towards the middle and bottom of the interior chamber of the catch basin, rather than outside the basin. The bottom of the catch basin is sloped to direct fluids towards the discharge tube. When in use, the bottom end of the discharge tube is positioned over the middle area of the toilet bowl.

Abstract:

Improvements in an Overflow Shutoff Valve (OSV) that is designed to automatically shutoff water flow when water flows above a rated amount. It is a self-cleaning design with automatic resetting function. The valve consists of an outer body with an inlet and outlet port with an internally installed rubber Venturi tube assembly, fixed flange, moving flange, coil spring and surge flow suppressing orifice. The lower pressure causes the rubber tube to be squeezed by the water pressure, and then automatically shuts off the valve. When the supply water pressure drops below 5 psi the Overflow Shutoff Valve automatically resets and opens to normal position. A flow suppressor orifice prevents any surge flow or start up flow which could cause premature shutoff of the valve. The Overflow shutoff valve can be installed in-line or in a Y body shutoff valve for easy service.

Abstract:

Improvements in a sprinkler head where the sprinkler head can deliver a single stream of water droplets in a three dimensional direction and then precipitate equally onto any selected terrain area which minimally scatters the water droplets. The solid stream nozzle can shoot the water stream in a preset partial arc as well as 360 degrees while the sprinkler head rotates in a horizontal circular direction to cover an equal precipitation on an entire irrigation area. The 3D Rotor consists of the vertically swivel turret which is moved vertically to change the trajectory angle by the rotating cam integrated with the turbine and reduction gear. The solid stream nozzle can deliver the water stream in a radial direction range which is changed by the angle of the trajectory which is then changed by the rotating cam containing a calculated curve.

Abstract:

A protective sleeve designed to prevent the passage of bodily fluids therethrough. The protective sleeve includes an elongated member having an interior and an exterior. The interior of the elongated member has a perimeter, wherein the perimeter defines a top side, a bottom side, and at least one side edge. The top side and the bottom side each have an elastic band disposed therein. The elongated member is designed to seal around an arm of a user and thereby prevent fluid penetration therethrough. In this way, a user is able to protect their arm from exposure to bodily fluids, such as blood.
