Abstract:A method of contacting a physician to electronically communicate with the physician includes storing electronic data identifying a plurality of physicians and/or their designees and contacting instructions associated with each identified physician, enabling a user to select one of the identified physicians to contact and in response to the user's selection, transmitting an electronic communication from the user terminal over a communication channel in accordance with the contacting instructions associated with the selected physician.
