Abstract:

A stand alone container for housing dehydrated foodstuff and for use in a foodstuff machine has a continuous sidewall with first and second ends forming a storage area. A piston is complementarily positioned within the sidewall proximate the first end and is slidable with respect to the sidewall. The container contains dehydrated foodstuff located in the storage area and a removable cover positioned proximate the second end. The foodstuff machine includes a machine housing having an access opening for receiving the container having dehydrated foodstuff therein. A hydrating and positioning system moves from a loading position when the container is in the access opening to a hydrating position with the container second end above the first end and then to a transfer position where the first end is positioned above the second end. A liquid dispenser is positioned above the container when the container is in the hydrating position. The foodstuff machine has a transfer arm having an operative end for receiving the container and is movable from a first position that supports the container in the transfer position to an extrusion position where the container is located over a cooking station. A piston rod is operatively associated with the piston in the container and moves to force the piston toward the second end of the container to force hydrated foodstuff through the die to form uncooked strips which drop into the cooking station.

Abstract:

A medical erection device to treat impotency in men provides a detachable pump portion and a safety valve to prevent over-depressurization. Cooperating guide rails permit the pump portion to be detachable from the vacuum cylinder. The pump has an extremely short stroke and is operated by a handle parallel to the axis of the vacuum cylinder to provide for easy, one-handed operation. A constrictor ring is provided to inhibit the return flow of blood from the penis to sustain the erection once achieved.

Abstract:

A foodstuff vending machine has a vending housing includes a processing container for containing and processing of a foodstuff. A receiving basket is provided for receiving the foodstuff from the processing container. A dispensing mechanism is provided for dispensing the received foodstuff. The receiving basket has an operable surface with a closed position for preventing the received foodstuff from passing therethrough. The receiving basket also has an open position for permitting the received foodstuff to pass through to the dispensing mechanism. The receiving basket also has an opening device for opening the operable surface. The opening device is operable to open the operable surface upon contact with the dispensing mechanism.

Abstract:

A roll coin dispenser is extremely narrow and occupies a vacant space between adjacent slot machines. The dispenser changes paper bills into coinage. Loading and access to all internal components of the changer are through the front of an enclosing cabinet which is unobstructed by adjacent slot machines. A coin storage section of the changer includes a multi-cartridge loading and dispensing mechanism in order to permit fast and accurate reloading of the machine by someone who is physically capable of lifting only small weights.

Abstract:

The pattern of a room to be covered by a sheet vinyl or other sheet material is determined by using a roll of paper, which has pressure sensitive adhesive bands on both sides, each covered with a release paper. The paper is placed around the periphery of the room with a portion of the paper projecting up the wall. The paper is then affixed to the floor by removing the release paper from the adhesive on the underside of the paper, pressed into the intersections of the wall and floor and cut with a knife to conform to the periphery dimensions of the floor thereby creating a floor dimension pattern or template. The sheet vinyl or other sheet flooring material is then placed over the paper pattern or template in such a manner that it projects slightly up the wall. After it is laid out in this manner, the release paper is removed from the adhesive on the upper side of the paper pattern or template by picking up the sheet flooring from the paper pattern or template and pulling off the release strip. When the sheet flooring is placed down again, it bonds to the paper pattern or template.
