Prior to working in real estate, Eileen was Director of Marketing and Communications for Saint Michael's College, a position she previously held at Dominican University of California. She has prior experience as a writer and manager in corporate and agency public relations and marketing, and as a reporter and editor in newspaper and magazine journalism. She attended the College of William & Mary and holds a B.A. in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Delaware. Eileen values giving back to the community and supporting the arts, education and business endeavors. She is a 2004 graduate of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce (LRCC) "Leadership Champlain" program, an active member of the Burlington Business Association, a trustee for the Vermont Symphony Orchestra, and she volunteers for the United Way and the Champlain Housing Trust.
