Abstract:

A system and method of managing telephone network facilities. A telephone network facilities database, such as LEIS, is accessed and selected information, including wire center location, equipment and slot information stored therein, is extracted and re-stored in a relational database. Additional fields in the relational database are populated based on the information extracted from the telephone network facilities database. The additional fields represent working ADSL and T1 facilities, ADSL and T1 capacity, and ADSL and T1 availability. A graphical user interface is provided that displays several views of the data in the relational database. Color coding aspects of the graphical user interface indicates capacity levels.

Abstract:

An apparatus for supporting a resting or sleeping occupant may include a compressible structure configured to allow airflow through the compressible structure, and a cover removably coupled to the compressible structure and overlaying at least a portion of the compressible structure. The cover may include a foldover portion. The foldover portion may include a zipper along an edge of the foldover portion, and may be secured about a portion of the compressible structure. A method of assembling the apparatus may include inserting the cover through a compressible structure, and wrapping the foldover portion around an outer rim of the compressible structure. The method may further include manipulating the zipper along the foldover portion to secure the foldover portion about the compressible structure.

Abstract:

Described are metering dispensers having a body configured to hold a flowable composition in a chamber, a drive screw coupled to the body, and a plunger threadingly coupled to the drive screw. The plunger includes at least two annular lips that form a fluid seal with the chamber as the plunger travels along the drive screw through the chamber. A base is rotationally coupled to the body with a cam that contacts at least one tab extending externally from the body so that the tab enters at least one low point on the cam by traveling over a trailing edge of the low point, and the trailing edge then prevents the tab from exiting the low point in the direction of the trailing edge.
