Levi Aron Defense Acquires New Lawyer With "Insanity" Experience
Pierre Bazile announced in an unusual statement onFriday that he had replaced attorney Gerard Marrone with Jennifer McCann on the team representing Levi Aron. Marrone left abruptly this week, saying in various media reports that he had "moral" issues about representing Aron.
Aron previously pleaded not guilty after he was arrested on murder and kidnapping charges. His attorney, Pierre Bazile, declined to comment on the medical examiner's findings and has asked the public to let the judicial process take its course.
