Johnny Manziel's LLC sues over copyright infringing T-shirts
JMAN2 Enterprises LLC filed suit on Feb. 15 against Eric Vaughn in the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division. Vaughn is accused of using the nickname Johnny Football in order to sell T-shirts.

The defendant, Eric Vaughn, "is accused of trademark infringement under the Lanham Act, Texas unfair competition, including right of publicity, palming off and misappropriation," Michelle Keahey wrote.
Manziel's corporation, JMAN2 Enterprises, is suing a T-shirt seller over trademark infringement for using the Johnny Football nickname. The T-shirts the lawsuit claims were sold by Eric Vaughn read Keep Calm and Johnny Football.
