Abstract:
A method of generating directed content is provided. In the method, a set of lists are received. Each list in the set of lists is associated with a respective web service and each list includes searches submitted to the associated web service. The set of lists are distilled into a frequency database. The frequency database stores search frequency information indicating, for respective searches, a frequency with respect to each of one or more of the plurality of web services. A query is obtained, and the query is used to perform a search for matches between the query and a search in the database. Matches having highest associated frequency are selected. Each selected match indicates a respective selected web service of the web services. Directed content is displayed based on one or more of the selected web services.

Abstract:
Systems and methods to predict and present availability and value of retail spaces in shopping malls. Robots are dispatched to temporary retail spaces to collect at least a portion of operation data stored in a database with leasing data of temporary retail spaces in a mall, tenant coordination data, and subscriber data. A web-based application predicts availability of the temporary retail spaces in the mall based on the leasing data, the tenant coordination data, and the operation data. The web-based application includes an interactive plan of the mall as a user interface for subscribers to access data related to the temporary retail spaces, and process applications for leasing the temporary retail spaces.
Systems And Methods To Determine The Locations Of Packages And Provide Navigational Guidance To Reach The Packages
Systems and methods to provide navigational guidance to reach a package located inside a building. Low-energy wireless transmitting devices (e.g., Bluetooth devices) are used to transmit their identifiers. Some of the devices are placed at known locations inside the building; and some of the devices are attached to packages. When a mobile device detects the identifier of a device placed at a known location and the identifier of a device attached to the package, the location of the package is identified and recorded based on the known location of the device. Navigational guidance is provided to a mobile device of a user to reach the package based on the recorded location of the package and/or the location of any of the devices the mobile device can detect within the communication range from the current location of the mobile device.

Abstract:
A system including: a parking lot having a plurality of parking spaces; at least one device positioned in the parking lot to identify occupancy statuses of the parking spaces; a plurality of display devices positioned next to and facing the parking spaces respectively; and a server computer storing parking space reservations that include identification information of vehicles for which the reservations are made. The server computer is further configured to generate and present navigational guidance on the display devices based on identification information of vehicles in the vicinity of the parking spaces and reservations.

Systems and methods to store, in a database, product information identifying each respective product in the database, a store in the shopping mall that carries the respective product, and a location within the store where the respective product is physically accessible by a customer visiting the mall. The database is updated via communicating with database systems of stores in the mall and/or dispatching robots to the stores to collect data for the updates. Frequencies of the updates are determined based on sales volumes of the stores. A server is used to provide a user interface to access the database of the mall and provide navigational guidance for travel from current locations of user devices and the locations of the items.
