Men raped teen girl at Johns Hopkins University frat: cops
Chaz Haggins, 20, and Ethan Turner, 19, were collared for the Nov. 2 rape at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity on St. Paul St., an off-campus house. The girl reportedly told cops the two men raped her around 4 a.m. inside a bathroom at a party, according to the Baltimore Sun.
