He is an Associate Broker with SOLID SOURCE REALTY, one of the largest and fastest growing real estate firms in the state of Georgia His career in real estate began in 1974 in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Division of WACHOVIA BANK. There he learned the basics of real estate as well as “the art of making the deal” with distressed and real estate owned property portfolios. Valuable knowledge resulting from real world situations contributed to a tremendous learning experience involving value-added analysis, structuring sales, negotiating work out deals and finally, commercial construction lending underwriting and management. He worked with mortgage bankers, borrowers, leading law firms and attorneys, senior executive lending officials, real estate appraisers, engineers, construction project consultants and permanent lenders. Eugene distinguished himself by being appointed a Vice-President by the Bank’s Board of Director in recognition of his service and record with the company. He has worked with investors in identifying and analyzing potential properties for acquisition that meet their goals for potential return on investment and cash flow. He shows investors how to leverage financing with up to 100% financing and receiving possible cash back at closing. A personal business plan outlying the investor’s goals and objectives are available. Particular interest is focused on structuring investments to maximize the potential creation of generational wealth building Eugene has managed residential as well as commercial property from an institutional as well as an entrepreneurial capacity. Investors wishing not to be involved in the day-to-day management of their assets may elect to incorporate property management services Eugene holds a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and marketing. He received a Bachelor’s of Art degree from Morehouse College in business administration.
