Abstract:
The disclosure provides methods for analyzing Adeno-Associated Vims (AAV) vectors. More particularly, the disclosure relates to capillary electrophoresis methods for separating, characterizing, and quantifying AAV vectors as having a full length exogenous polynucleotide, having an exogenous polynucleotide fragment, or lacking any exogenous polynucleotide. In one method, the analysis uses capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) on a sample comprising viral vectors containing exogenous polynucleotide under conditions and for a duration sufficient to separate the viral vectors based on the isoelectric point (pI) of each viral vector.

Abstract:
A method and system for managing servers. A message received by a first server specifies multiple servers to be updated via an update. The message identifies a server type of each specified server, an old server name of each specified server prior to the update, and a corresponding new server name of each specified server after the update. First servers of the multiple servers are identified. Second servers that have a corresponding old server name within a local configuration of the first server are identified. For each server of the second servers, local configuration changes are scheduled to update the corresponding old server names with corresponding new server names at corresponding specified times. Each corresponding old server name is replaced with corresponding new server names.

The message identifies a server type of each specified server, an old server name of each specified server prior to the update, and a corresponding new server name of each specified server after the update. First servers of the multiple servers are identified based on the first server being a consumer of services provided by a server type corresponding to each specified server of the first servers. Second servers that have a corresponding old server name within a local configuration of the first server are identified. For each server of the second servers, local configuration changes are scheduled to update the corresponding old server names with corresponding new server names at corresponding specified times. Abstract:
A computing device utilizes matrix codes to securely communicate information with a variety of servers. The computing device receives public user data, and generates a display of a base matrix code for reading by a scanner associated with a first server, wherein the base matrix code includes the public user data in a first mask. Responsive to the display of the base matrix code to the scanner associated with the first server, the computing device receives first private user data from the first server. The computing device generates a display of a first combined matrix code for reading by a scanner associated with a second server, wherein the first combined matrix code includes the public user data in the first mask and includes the first private user data in a second mask. The computing device can receive the public and first private user data in a matrix code.

Abstract:
A computer utilizes a matrix code to securely communicate information. To utilize the matrix code, the computer receives a scan of the matrix code, and identifies a first mask within a data region of the matrix code, wherein the first mask includes public user data, and identifies a second mask within the data region of the matrix code, wherein the second mask include private user data. The computer decodes the public user data and the private user data from the matrix code, and decrypts one or both of the public user data and the private user data. The computer also removes a distortion operation from the second mask, wherein removing the distortion operation includes reversing a transformation, rotation, skew, shear, reflection, or projection operation.
