Abstract:

A system, method, and computer program is disclosed for managing integrated real-time information about air flight trips, providing that information to multiple users, and receiving feedback from multiple users. A plurality of user interfaces are provided for displaying a plurality of types of information about a real time progress air trips as planned by an operational center. A communication channel is provided for receiving feedback information from the users and associating that feedback with a particular aspect of the trip.

Abstract:

A packaging method for an assembly of image-sensing chip and circuit board, including steps of: preparing a module circuit board having several leads and module circuits on a surface, an image-sensing chip being mounted on the circuit board, wires being bonded from the image-sensing chip to the leads to electrically connect the image-sensing chip with the circuit board; adhering a lens holder onto the circuit board above the image-sensing chip to enclose the image-sensing chip; mounting a lens unit having at least one lens on the lens holder and adjusting the focal length between the lens and the image-sensing chip; and airtight filling glue material to the joint between the lens unit and the lens holder to constantly fix the lens unit with the lens holder and complete the package of an image sensing module.

Abstract:

An assembly of image-sensing chip and circuit boardwith inward wire bonding, including an image-sensing chip, a circuit board and a glass board. The circuit board is formed with a window and several wire bonding slots. An image-sensing chip is adhered to the circuit board. A wire bonding area is defined between the periphery of the image-sensing area and the bond pads of the image-sensing chip. By means of the wire bonding area, wires are inward bonded, that is, toward the image-sensing area from the bond pads through the wire bonding slots to the electric contacts of the circuit board. The glass board is disposed on the circuit board to block the window corresponding to the image-sensing area. Glue material is airtight filled around the image-sensing chip and the glass board and in the wire bonding slots of the circuit board for ensuring electric connection between the bond pads and the electric contacts.

A luminaire includes a speaker positioned at a first depth within a luminaire housing and capable of generating an audio output from a speaker diaphragm. The luminaire also includes a light source that generates a light output. Further, the luminaire includes a light guide assembly positioned at a second depth within the luminaire housing different from the first depth. The light guide assembly includes an acoustically transparent area positioned along a sound path from the speaker diaphragm, and the light guide assembly extracts the light output from the light source and directs the light output away from the luminaire.
