My name is Forrest Lines and I am the owner of By-Lions Home Inspections and a member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors).I have been in the Home Inspection business since 1998 and started By-Lions shortly thereafter. I received my Radon license and my CRI (certified real estate inspector) designation in 2003. In the past almost 16 years I have done approximately 4,000 fee paid home inspections. In 2006, ITA (Inspection Training Associates) wanted to open a school in Ohio. I was hired as the lead instructor and ran the school for 3 years. The company was purchased by an outside company and most all the schools across the United States were closed in 2009. I joined NAHI to receive support nationally but was and still am struck by our friendliness. I love doing home inspections and crave the interaction you get with prospective buyers. My staff and I believe that a home inspection is a service that should be provided for the safety and education of the public. That is why we do what we do and love it.
