Abstract:

A method for providing data warehousing for a list of authorized signatories is provided. The method may include displaying a hierarchal list of signatories with at least one entitlement authorization level. The method may use a GUI to display the list of entitlements in an array of at least three rows of entitlement authorization levels. The method may further include receiving, from the client, a modification to the at least one entitlement authorization. The method may extract, from client documents, a signature of a signatory with entitlement authorization. The method may receive a command to hover, on a Graphical User Interface (“GUI”), over the signatory. In response to the hovering, the may display, preferably on a hierarchal display, a copy of the signature of the signatory, a hierarchal list of signatories with current entitlement authorization, and a listing of documents signed by each of the signatories.

Abstract:

An apparatus for removing an individual as an authorized signatory is provided. The apparatus may include a transceiver. The transceiver may be configured to receive a request to remove the individual as the authorized signatory in a centralized repository. The transceiver may be further configured to transmit a request to remove the individual as the authorized signatory. The removal of the individual may include removing the individual as a listed authorized signatory in the centralized repository. The removal may also include transmitting an instruction to reclassify one or more associated signature documents. The associated signature documents may corresponding to authorized signatory documents for the individual. The instruction to reclassify may include an instruction to categorize the individual's authorized signatory documents as non-designated signature documents.

Abstract:

An apparatus for validating entitlement capabilities, and determining, based on the entitlement capabilities, whether an account request associated with the entitlement capabilities qualifies for Straight Through Processing is provided. The apparatus may include a receiver. The receiver may receive entitlement authorization for a signatory and a client request to open an account. The apparatus may also include memory configured to: store, in a centralized repository, entitlement capabilities for the authorized signatory. The centralized repository may provide access to one or more signature documents associated with the authorized signatory. The centralized repository may link the signatory to one or more signature documents associated with the signatory's authorization. The apparatus may also include a display configured to display a hierarchal map of the one or more authorized signatories. The hierarchal map illustrates lines of authority from the authorized signatories to each of their respective authorizers.
