A career that spans over 31 years, Gerry has managed and been involved with some of the major residential and commercial developments in Port Charlotte and North Port. In 1988 Gerry and His wife Heather moved to Port Charlotte where he worked for the community’s major developer until being advanced to the position of sales and marketing manager of Five Star construction, the company’s new home sales division. In the reorganization of the company he was awarded the position of Director of Land sales as well as the Broker for both Atlantic Gulf Realty and Atlantic Gulf Commercial Realty. His primary purpose was the sale and closing of over 900 parcels of land from Labelle to Silver Springs Shores with the majority of the inventory being in Port Charlotte and North Port. Gerry has served as Broker for KEB Realty, the developer of Panacea in North Port. For the past 3 years he has held the position Sales and Career Development Manager for Century 21 Aztec & Associates where he trained agents to become successful Realtors.
