At 57th St chiropractic we strive to help adults and children lead active healthy drug-free lives. Chiropractic uses the approach that the nervous system is the master system controlling and coordinating all other systems. Stress, tension, poor posture, accidents and falls all can cause misalignments called subluxations to the spine that put pressure on the delicate spinal nerves leading to pain, dysfunction and ill health.
