Abstract:

A continuously variable, remote controller including a pair of first and second frequency oscillating circuits, each circuit including a separate induction coil for producing an induction field thereabout, the normal resonating frequency of the first oscillating circuit being different from the normal resonating frequency of the second oscillating circuit, the first and the second oscillating circuits producing a baseline frequency that is the difference between the two the oscillating circuits, each of the induction coils including an induction field modifying armature, when a rocker block is pivoted about a fulcrum, in a first radial direction, the first induction field modifier engagement surface will engage the first induction field modifying armature and move it across the induction field generated by the first induction coil, to alter the oscillating frequency of the first frequency oscillating circuit, a subtractor adapted to receive the frequencies outputted from the first and the second frequency oscillating circuits and subtracting the lower of the frequencies from the higher of the frequencies to produce the difference between the frequencies, a microprocessor arranged to receive the difference between the frequencies, and a circuit board attached to the base plate, the frequency oscillating circuits being physically and electrically attached to the printed circuit board and electrically connected to the transmitting circuit.

Abstract:

A portable shower that can be used in diverse environment and that can accommodate persons with disabilities that prevent them from being ambulatory. A base for the shower is of a size and shape permitting a person to stand therein, or sit on a shower chair thereon. A sprayer is provided comprising a tank for holding water, a hand pump for pressurizing the water in the tank, and a hose extending from the tank and terminating in a spray head. The sprayer is contained in an upright ledge integral with the base, located within the periphery of the base, and that has an opening sized to receive at least a portion of the sprayer tank. A frame formed from tubular posts is secured upright from the base. A clip secures the sprayer hose to the top of a tubular post to dispose the spray head at a location above the head of the user. A shower curtain is supported by the top edges of the frame to drape about the frame with its side edges opposing to form an entryway, the curtain formed with a cut-away at its bottom edge to accommodate the sprayer tank ledge.

Abstract:

Folding splatter shields are presented including: a handle; a middle panel mechanically coupled with the handle along a lateral edge of the middle panel, the middle panel including a middle panel mesh element; a first folding panel pivotally coupled with the middle panel along a first longitudinal edge of the middle panel; and a second folding panel pivotally coupled with the middle panel along a second longitudinal edge of the middle panel. In some embodiments, the first folding panel further includes a first folding panel mesh element and where the second folding panel further includes a second folding panel mesh element. In some embodiments, the middle panel further includes: a middle panel upper frame element defining a middle panel shape; and a middle panel lower frame element defining the middle panel shape.
