This invention provides dye phosphoramidites, particularly phosphoramidites of substituted cyclic bridged cyanine and related dyes, of the general formula:In this formula, each dotted line represents carbon atoms necessary to form a fused substituted or unsubstituted aromatic ring; m is an integer from 1 to 18; Y and Z are independently selected from the group consisting of S, O, N, CHand C(CH); Ris an alkyl; (PAM) is a phosphoramidite group; X is a negative ion; and Q is L-W, wherein L is a conjugated cyclic moiety and W is OR, wherein Ris a second alkyl. Methods of making and using the dye phosphoramidites are also provided.

Methods and systems that permit a user to associate metadata representing one or more workflow-related actions with an image file are provided. Workflow-related actions describe one or more actions which may be undertaken with respect to the associated image file. For instance, workflow-related actions may include, by way of example only, printing, editing, reviewing, sharing, deleting, and the like. Once associated with metadata representing one or more workflow-related actions, the image file may be retrieved based upon a query for at least one of the workflow-related actions. If more than one workflow-related action is represented in the metadata associated with the image file, the image file may be retrieved based upon a query for each workflow-related action individually or multiple workflow-related actions concurrently.

Abstract:

A hand truck includes a frame body and a wheel assembly including two wheel units spacedly supported at the frame body to switch between a first operation position and a second operation position for enabling the frame body to be tilted backward to transport a load. At the first operation position, the wheel units are switched in parallel for enabling the frame body to move at a back-and-forth direction, and at the second operation position, the wheel units are switched to align with each other for enabling the frame body to move at a left-and-right direction. Therefore, the hand truck provides two modes of movement for a two-dimensional movement.

Abstract:

A suture sleeve for anchoring the lead body of an implantable medical device includes a tubular body having an exterior surface defining at least one annular, suture-receiving groove. The exterior surface further includes at least one longitudinally extending groove intersecting the at least one annular suture receiving groove and having ends extending longitudinally beyond the at least one suture receiving groove. The interior surface of the tubular body includes a plurality of inwardly extending projections having surfaces adapted to engage the lead body to prevent the sleeve from sliding along the lead body when the lead body is held vertically. The suture sleeve is fabricated of a biocompatible, polymeric material to which has been added color pigment and a radiologically dense material to render the suture sleeve readily visible to the naked eye against surrounding bodily tissue as well as radiologically visible.
