Abstract:

A tilting inversion exerciser includes a carrier pivotally attached to a supporting stand for mounting a supporting table and for supporting a user, and a support member is engaged with the supporting table and curved upwardly from the supporting table for selectively engaging with a waist portion of the user and for supporting and massaging the waist portion of the user. The support member includes a latch element extended from each side for engaging with the supporting table and for anchoring and securing the support member to the supporting table, and the supporting table includes a number of slots and channels for engaging with the latch elements of the support member and for adjusting a curvature of the support member relative to the supporting table.

Abstract:

A rigid holster for retaining a pistol or handgun of specific design configuration has a locking pin that engages into the trigger guard ring area when the handgun is contained in the holster, thus retaining the handgun in place. To release the gun a user pushes a thumb pad which slides forward to release the locking pin. Other release mechanisms are disclosed.

The current application is directed to a multi-grip dumbbell. One example multi-grip dumbbell includes a central dumbbell handle, a first weighted head interconnected to the central dumbbell handle in proximity to a first end of the central dumbbell handle, and a second weighted head interconnected to the central dumbbell handle in proximity to a second end of the central dumbbell handle. The first weighted head has approximately the same weight as the second weighted head. The first weighted head includes a first end dumbbell handle and two side dumbbell handles. Similarly, the second weighted head includes a second end dumbbell handle and two side dumbbell handles.

The massage member includes a catch engageable through the grooves of the supporting table for attaching to the supporting table, the catch is coupled to the massage member with a reduced neck member. The catch includes a length (L) greater than the width (D) of the grooves of the supporting table for engaging with the supporting table.
