Semiconductor fabrication 5+ years cleanroom experience. Developed complete nanowire photodetector fabrication process (e-beam & photo lithography, doping, wet & dry etching, LPCVD, PECVD, RTP, sputtering, e-beam & thermal evaporation, SEM & AFM imaging), electrical characterization, microfluidic device fabrication, and PCB design.
