Boy shot in Inglewood attack out of hospital; mother, girl on mend
The boy's mother, Gloria Jiminez, 28, was shot in both legs and pelvis and was in stable condition at UCLA Medical Center, Inglewood police Lt. James Madia said. A 7-year-old girl, shot in the chest, was "critical but stable." An 8-year-old boy was not hurt.
An autopsy will determine whether the body is that of Desmond John Moses, 55, who investigators believe went on the early morning shooting rampage over a dispute with the victims, who live on the same property in front of him, Inglewood Police Lt. James Madia said.
The loaded handgun was a .38 caliber revolver registered to 55-year-old Desmond John Moses, who lived in a bungalow set ablaze before the deadly shooting spree at his neighbor's house in Inglewood, said Police Lt. James Madia.

Inglewood police Lt. James Madia said that suspects walked up to father and son, who were standing in front of their garage in the 3200 block of West 109th Street, and opened fire. Frederick Martin, 28, pushed his son to the ground, and in the process, took bullets in the stomach and chest.
"Another car pulled alongside, gunshots were fired, and the victim was struck twice in the head," Lt. James Madia said. A man sitting in the passenger seat of Talbert's car was not injured, Lt. Gabriel Garcia said.
