I have been retired since 2000, living at 5,000' in NW Arizona. I ride Motorcycles doing long distance riding, and camping.

Bragging Rights:

I was one of the first eleven people to complete the Triple Crown event sanctioned by the Southern California Motorcycling Association. It involved an 8.000 mile four corner tour, touching San Ysidro CA, Blaine WA, Madawaska ME, and Key West FL all within 21 days and then a 2,000 mile trip home. The second event was the Three Flags Classic, a trip from Mexico, thru USA, finishing in Canada usually involving 2,000 miles taking 4 days. The third event necessary to win the Triple Crown is the California Parks Adventure, which entails visiting 24 national parks/monuments within the same calendar year. It was great fun doing all that and I have great memories of the endeavor.
