About:

Jim has enjoyed living in the Safety Harbor/Clearwater area since 1990. He was born and raised in Cleveland, OH and lived in the Dallas area for twelve years before moving to Florida. After a successful career in sales and purchasing management, which included twenty-six years at a major corporation headquartered in Tampa, Jim was a Business Broker with Sunbelt Business Brokers for two years after becoming a Realtor® and acquiring his Broker’s License. For the past several years Jim has focused on representing both Sellers and Buyers of residential properties, second homes and investment properties, including multi-family and apartment buildings. For several years his focus was on selling bank-owned (REO) properties and as a result Jim became familiar with virtually every area of Pinellas County, as well as nearby Hillsborough County. Jim received a BS Degree in Business and Public Administration, graduating at the top of his class, and an MS Degree in Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas. With his broad experience and education in business, Jim can assist you with developing and achieving your goals through the sale and/or purchase of investment/income property and land.
