The present invention provides a modular submersible pump comprising a motor section, bearing section and a pump section. The motor section includes a motor frame and a motor shaft. The bearing section has a bearing frame removably connected to the motor frame of the motor section. A removable cartridge is disposed within the bearing frame and has a shaft extension connected to the motor shaft. The cartridge includes at least one bearing and at least one seal in communication with the shaft extension. The pump section has a pump case removably connected to the bearing frame and having an impeller disposed therein. The impeller is connected to the shaft extension of the removable cartridge.

Abstract:
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for monitoring network connections in a remote therapy system. A method includes transmitting, at a first time, a polling signal from a first device in the remote therapy system to a second device in the remote therapy system, the polling signal associated with a therapy command, receiving, at a second time, at the first device, a response signal from the second device, the response signal associated with the therapy command, determining a network connectivity status associated with the first device based on a difference between the first time and the second time, and adjusting operation of the remote therapy system based on the determined network connectivity status.
Data Labeling System And Method Operative With Patient And Clinician Controller Devices Disposed In A Remote Care Architecture
A system and method for facilitating remote care management involving a patient having an implantable medical device (IMD). Upon establishing a remote care session between a patient controller device and a clinician programmer, wherein the clinician and the patient are remotely located with respect to each other, input from the patient or the clinician may be received via a user interface control associated with a particular functionality or aspect of the remote care session, including audiovisual (AV) communications, remote therapy programming, and related context. Responsive to the user input, a dialog interface is effectuated at one of the patient controller device and/or the clinician programmer. A user characterization label is received via the dialog interface from the user, wherein the user characterization label is indicative of a subjective assessment of the particular functionality of the remote care session, which may be used in generating user-labeled data pertaining thereto.

Abstract:
A system, method and network architecture for facilitating remote care delivery involving a patient having an implantable medical device (IMD). Upon establishing a remote care session between a patient controller device and a clinician programmer, wherein the clinician and the patient are remotely located with respect to each other, telehealth consultation may be provided to the patient by the clinician via an audiovisual (AV) communications session channel. Responsive to determining that the patient requires remote therapy, one or more (re)programming instructions may be provided to the patient's IMD via a remote therapy session channel of the remote care session using an integrated graphical user interface (GUI) that may include suitable GUI controls for AV communications, remote session control as well as the remote programming of the patient's IMD.
