Chris Pharo, Jamie Pyatt, former deputy news editor Ben ODriscoll and ex-managing editor Graham Dudman face a retrial at the Old Bailey on September 21 after a jury failed to reach verdicts on some charges of conspiring to commit misconduct in a public office.
The Sun's Jamie Pyatt and John Edwards will be charged along with Robert Neave a former health care assistant at Broadmoor, a well-known hospital for the criminally insane with conspiring together "and with public officials known" to commit misconduct in a public office, prosecutors said.

Murdoch gave loyal lieutenant Rebekah Brooks £1.7m pay-off, car and office
Jamie Pyatt, 49, the first journalist from the title to be arrested by Scotland Yard's Operation Elveden into payments to police officers, has been at the Sun since 1987 and worked under Brooks when she was editor there.
Media reports named him as Jamie Pyatt, who works for another of Murdoch's British papers, The Sun. He had covered the murder of teenager Milly Dowler, whose voicemail was hacked by the News of the World when she went missing.

Man arrested over alleged police payments named as Sun journalist
The reporter is believed to be Jamie Pyatt, district editor of the paper. The arrested journalist was taken to a South West London police station at 10.30am on Friday. Pyatt, 48, has been working at the Sun since 1987.
