Abstract:A system for use in specifying freshness of a beverage within a beverage container. The system includes a resilient filament configured for selected attachment to the beverage container. The system also includes a timing device secured to the resilient filament. The timing device includes a user interface configured to indicate freshness of the beverage within the beverage container based on an elapsed time.
