Description:
Profile: Jane Workman's career in real estate spans well over two decades. A second generation Pasadena native, she attributes her success to a number of factors: her love and enthusiasm for the architectural character of the area, her broad knowledge of the real estate industry, and her exceptional ability to facilitate her clients in attaining their goals. In fact, Jane's commitment to customer satisfaction dates back to childhood, where she learned the value of providing impeccable service while working in her family's successful retail business. EXPERIENCEIn 1983 Jane's interest in architecture & interior design prompted her to join Cantwell-Anderson, Inc., a Pasadena-based real estate development firm. She gained a wealth of experience in construction, financing, sales & marketing, & investment principals, while playing an integral role in the marketing of new townhouses, apartments & commercial properties. During the 1990's, Jane operated her own real estate brokerage and consulting company, & worked with several builders & residential buyers & sellers in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area. In January 2000, Jane joined Coldwell Banker's Old Pasadena office because of the organization's outstanding ability to support her multi-faceted activities in residential, commercial, & investment property. CLIENT REPRESENTATION As a realtor who balances analytical thought with empathic understanding, Jane regards herself not as a salesperson, but as a consultant. She says, "I enjoy helping my clients' make the right decisions, and I want to protect their interests." Jane is also quick to point out that client satisfaction is her number-one priority. "After all," she adds, "buying and selling real estate is probably the biggest - and most emotionally charged - financial transaction most people will ever make." Jane Workman has represented both Buyers and Sellers for over twenty years, and has negotiated successful transactions for her clients through virtually every conceivable market cycle
