Starting his real estate career in 2000, I started buying investment properties, renovating them and turning them quickly for profits, and then got into single family rentals. In 2001 I got a real estate license, quickly listed 25 properties for sale, setting a company record and recruited a real estate team that grew to four offices and had nearly 25 agents. From there I continued to sell single family homes, condos, land and investment properties. For nearly 3 years I had the chance to coach and train for Robert Kiyosaki with "Rich Dad Poor Dad," and conducted real estate investment tours with the guys from "Flip This House" on A&E. We sold packages of investment properties to the Billion Dollar Funds, and helped high net worth investors build portfolios of investment properties, as well as flipping high end homes. I have managed renovation construction teams, property management teams and analysis teams as we helped sell nearly 300 properties in the Southeastern United States. During that time I have developed an excellent eye for staging, renovation and selling homes in the quickest time frame. Along the way I picked up licenses in the financial services industry to fully understand more comprehensively how financial products fit with real estate as part of an entire portfolio strategy.
