Although I have been helping buyers and sellers for over twenty years, hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Graduate Realtor Institute, received theCircle Of Excellence awards for 1995-1999, 2002, 2004 and 2005 and am an active member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), New Jersey Association of Realtors, Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors and the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, I know that my reputation as a broker is only as good as my last transaction. About:
It seems funny to be writing "about me" -- especially since 25 years ago, my first manager told me: "Jay, its not about you. Its about them!" And so, I set out to find a way to help the buyers and sellers with whom I am working to find what they want and need and to feel good about it. Although I've been trained in commercial real estate, I enjoy selling residential real estate more. Several years ago, one of my clients asked me what I enjoyed most about selling real estate. I didn't have an answer until her heard her scream for joy when I told her that she got the property she wanted -- and at the price she wanted. I can still hear the excitement behind her voice as if it happened yesterday. As a former teacher I have been a firm believer for continuing education in NJ and now as both a Director of the Eastern Bergen County Board of Realtors and an Alternative Director of the New Jersey Mulitple Listing Service, I am in a position to do something about it. Addtionally, I have served as the Education Committee and Commercial and Investment chairpersons. When I'm not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family -- especially at the Jersey Shore.

Abstract:
An illuminated sign letter structure made up of an extruded plastic strip having a metal foil encased therein. One end of the strip is enlarged and has a ledge projecting outwardly from the strip. The opposite sides of the ledge are parallel and smooth for receiving the edges of a letter-form. The extruded plastic strip is formed into a letter shape and a letter-form of the letter shape is fixed in the frame to engage either the inner or the outer parallel, smooth ledge side. The metal foil may be straight or the end of the foil at the enlarged end of the extruded strip may be bent inwardly into the enlarged end.

Abstract:
A process for extruding resilient, impact resistant thermoplastic strips having a metallic appearance by providing a non-metallic film strip of a material selected from the group consisting of polysulfones and polyether sulfones and having a vapor deposited metallized surface, the film strip having melting and deformation temperatures higher than those of a transparent thermoplastic to be extruded thereon and a resiliency and an elasticity at least as high as the resiliency and elasticity of such transparent thermoplastic when extruded thereon and, while feeding such film strip through a cross-head die, extruding the transparent thermoplastic about the metallized film strip and the resilient, impact resistant thermoplastic strip having a metallic appearance produced thereby.
