We love to Saltwater Fish and enjoy the many opportunities in Northeast Florida to live an Active Outdoor Lifestyle. We save our Vacatiion time every year to Fish in the Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament. We have placed the last three years and won 2nd place in 2007 and 9th this year in the 23 Ft. and under Division. We love to take Day trips in our boat to Cumberland Island and St. Augustine but our favorite place to go is Ft. George River. We also enjoy Snorkeling and SCUBA Diving in the Florida Keys. We attend the North Jacksonville Baptist Church.

I enjoy working in all phases of Real Estate whether it is a first time Homebuyer, a Waterfront Property or a Multi-Million Dollar Commercial Transaction. I work together with My Husband, Bobby Creech, who has been my closest friend for over 38 years,. Bobby and I grew up in North Jacksonville as our Parents and Grandparents did. We are Waterfront Property Specialist and owned our own Offshore Charter Fishing Boat for 11 years. We fish the Greater Jacksonville Kingfish Tournament and have consistently placed the last three years. We are Specialist in St. Johns River, Ft. George Island, Black Hammock Island, Heckscher Dr., Dames Point , Nassau River and other Popular Waterfront Areas.. We are also knowledgeable about all area of Jacksonville, Duval and Nassau Counties. This is my 29th year in Real Estate in Jacksonville. I hold the following Professional Designations, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, ERS, ERA Relocation Specialist, ERA Top Gun and am one Course from completing the Commercial Real Estate CCIM Courses, Certified Commercial Investment Member. We are land Specialist and have completed numerous Large Acreage Transaction s. I have served on the Jacksonville Planning Commission as a Planning Commissioner for five years and The North District Code Enforcement Board as the Chair and Vice Chairman for three years. I am a Past President of the Heckscher Drive Comunity Club. My husband and I are members of the North Jacksonville Baptist Church.
