Abstract:

A method for augmenting any communication, text, iMessage, instant message, social media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter) and other such user interfaces and applications now known or shall be known in the future that provides the ability to insert and/or place logo, icon, symbol and other such material into individual message interfaces or character bubbles; providing further capability for an end user to “click” such material and subsequently be directed to any desired destination (i.e. content, web, video, audio, mobile, satellite, etc); user may be re-directed back to their original location prior to clicking on said material once desired.Such system will provide for functionality and capabilities to be fully customizable to suit the requirements and desires of any network operator and any corresponding devices that may operate on or with such network; all functions and/or operations shall be either manual or automated and may be random or pre-determined in nature.

Abstract:

A system for managing and processing of a user message as initiated by a sender messaging device of a sending user to an addressed receiver messaging device of a receiving user and transmitted through a telecommunication network to a multimedia messaging system (MMS) implemented therein for transmitting the received user message from the sender messaging device to the receiver messaging device based on an receiver message device address, a first server receives and manages brand-related data and configuration data for processing the messages and a second server creates a modified user message having the brand-related data (BRD) message inserted with the user message and within the messaging format of the user message and responsive to a BRD message insertion rule defined by the BRD configuration data associated with the BRD message, and then transmitting the modified user message to the addressed receiver messaging device.

Abstract:

A system for inserting brand-related data into messages communicated via messaging services and for taking actions in response to selection of such brand-related data at message receiving devices by message receivers. The brand-related data comprises or is representative of brands, logos, images, icons, symbols and/or links to Internet-accessible content, websites, webpages, or other resources, thereby enabling sellers to advertise and provide information about products/services and to conduct promotional campaigns through messaging services. The insertion of brand-related data is configurable to cause insertion at random intervals/counts or pre-determined intervals/counts of messages or message bubbles. The appearance and location of inserted brand-related data is also configurable. Additionally, the display of brand-related data and taking of actions in response to selection of brand-related data by a message receiver may be enabled or disabled based on the passage of a period of time or calendar date.
