My psychotherapy practice is based on focused reflection on what each person tells me. I am receptive and provide a safe place for you to talk openly. Therapy is also a place to solve problems, to face and reckon with issues, to stop behavior that is harmful to yourself or others, and to find meaning.
While psychotherapy is often thought of a symptom-relief process, I find it more meaningful to think of therapy as a psychological healing process.
