A baby bottle holder with a wide base for stability with a concaved based portion for resting upon an infant is disclosed. The bottle holder has two self adjusting arms that grip the infant for hands free feeding leaving the care giver free to perform other tasks. Cylindrical like walls grip the bottle firmly and thereby allowing for easily insertion or removal of the baby bottle. The baby bottle holder retains the bottle at an angle that allowing the flow of liquids for comfortable feeding. The baby bottle holder also is shaped to act as a handle allowing the infant child to easily grip the bottle; and can be used as a teething toy.
An insole which is individually adaptable for insertion in footwear is disclosed. The insole has an upper cradle having an upper surface for contact with a foot. The upper surface is a ETC material. A lower interlocking surface is molded of EVA for cushioning of the foot. A lower cradle having an upper surface with an arch depression and a lower surface with flow domes provided. The flow dome has a flow hole fluidly communicating with the arch depression. A gel layer is placed in the arch depression, the gel layer being moldable via heat. The insole is heated to allow the gel layer to soften. The user then places their foot in on the insole allowing the gel layer to conform to the user's feet. The gel layer then cools and sets in the shape. Excess gel in the gel layer runs out through the flow holes and fills the flow domes.
The present invention is directed to a novel heat moldable gel and foam composition and the process for making the gel and foam composition. The gel and foam composition comprises gel infused into cells of a foam. The gel is a blend of gelling agents, such as thermoplastic polymers, resiliency components, such as styrene-butadiene or styrene-isoprene copolymer and softening agents, such as oils. The foam preferably has a hardness less than or equal to a hardness of the gel.

Custom Multi-Layered Orthotic/Orthosis, And Method For Forming
A multilayer orthotic/orthosis has a cover layer, a shell layer and a posting layer. The shell layer is formed of a thermoplastic having a moldable temperature. The rigidity of the shell layer, and in particular the rigidity of the thermoplastic is chosen to be of a magnitude to support the portion of the individual at temperatures below the moldable temperature. The shell layer, preferably the thermoplastic, has a flexibility above the moldable temperature to mold the shell layer into a shape to support the portion of the individual. The shell layer has two layers of woven polyester fibers (“scrim”) on the top and bottom. The scrim gives the plastic strength and prevents it from stretching excessively when molding. These unique properties make the material well suited for stacking multiple layers without having excessive bulking of material top lines. Both sides of the shell layer are coated with a layer of hot melt cement/glue/adhesive for easy attachment of various layers or other materials. One side of the shell layer is connected to one side of the cover layer. A posting layer is arranged on a side of the shell layer diametrically opposite the cover layer, and provides support for the orthotic/orthosis in order to prevent rocking, especially when the orthotic/orthosis is for the foot of the individual.

Abstract:
A foot orthotic with an orthotic surface pressing against a bottom of a foot of the patient. The orthotic has a treatment area and a non-treatment area. The treatment area is arranged and formed to apply a treatment pressure under a set of tendons, that preferably includes an abductor hallucis of the foot. The treatment area applies the treatment pressure when the patient walks with the orthotic surface pressing against the foot. The treatment pressure is applied across 10-100% of a full lateral width of the abductor hallucis, and is applied along front to back length of the foot in a range of 10% to 75% of a total length of the abductor hallucis. The non-treatment area is arranged around the treatment area. The treatment pressure is higher than a non-treatment pressure that the non-treatment area applies to the foot.

When Steve Levitan and Jeffrey Rich of "Modern Family" won for outstanding writing in a comedy series, it was a safe bet that the speech would be funny. But viewers weren't expecting Levitan's wife Krista's perfect, comedic timing to steal the show.
