Mark Lowery's blood alcohol level was .19 percent.But Jennifer Lowery contended that she had a loving relationship with her husband, and they were kissing in the bar before her fatal crash. She said she had stopped in the road and backed up because she was looking for her husband, not because she knew he was there and was trying to kill him.
