For Jeremy Hundley the love of home ownership hit him early and hit him hard. After his love of music and growing distaste for cold weather sent him from southwestern Pennsylvania to Nashville, Tennessee, Jeremy quickly saw the value of real estate and purchased his first home while still attending Belmont University. [That’s not a typo. A college student purchased a home… impressive, no?] Once the proud homeowner and percussionist wrapped up his Bachelors degree in business administration, he heeded the call of his passion for music and was soon touring the world—from North America to Europe, Asia, Australia and South Africa—with several recording artists. But like any responsible musician would, he had a day job—his own service-oriented handyman business. He soon became the go-to guy for several Nashville real estate agents needing quick, quality repairs or upgrades on their listed properties. These agents weren’t the only beneficiaries of Jeremy’s service. The more he was around the real estate industry, the deeper he wanted to go. So, he became a mortgage loan officer, which enabled him to continue serving homeowners and real estate agents, while gathering valuable insight into the lending side of the real estate industry. Over time, a natural transition from mortgage broker to real estate agent evolved, tapping into Jeremy’s love of working with buyers and sellers and all the warm fuzzies he gets when he makes those “congratulations” calls. I moved to Nashville in 1995 to earn a degree in Music Business from Belmont University. In addition to my activity in the music industry, I have a passion for real estate and a heart to serve people well. Since 2000 I've been involved in real estate in various capacities. I launched a web-based handyman & renovation company and then made a successful jump into the mortgage business, working for some of the largest local and online lenders.
