At Intellerati, Jessica is responsible for identifying and profiling top and hard to find talent for each of our engagements as well as for the care and feeding of our proprietary database. She tracks the latest research tools and trends, ensuring Intellerati stays on the leading edge. Jessica has worked on engagements for some of the world’s most highly regarded employers including Accenture, Amazon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Microsoft. For one major financial institution, Jessica assisted in the identification of more than 500 diverse officer-level candidates in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Intellerati, Jessica worked as a Recruiter and Research Associate at Staff Providers, where she worked directly with the executive management on the placement of medical professionals including Doctors and Senior Management as well as support staff to some of largest and well respected healthcare organizations in the Northeast, including Yale University Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Health System and Quest Diagnostics. Before Jessica started her career in recruiting services, Jessica worked as an assistant to a prominent attorney in the Fairfield County area. It was in the position where Jessica learned investigative techniques such as researching backgrounds and assisting in the preparation of cases. Jessica is certified by the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. Currently, Jessica is studying at Southern Connecticut State University with the ultimate goal of received a Master of Science Degree in Library and Information Science. Through her studies, Jessica is advancing her knowledge of information management and analysis, as well as staying on top of all of the latest advancements in research. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI.
