Originally from Alexandria, VA, Jessica first came to the Lake Tahoe area in the Fall of 2002. Initially attracted to the area for its outdoor recreation, she soon fell in love with Truckee and knew that it was where she wanted to be permanently. In 2003 she began working at Boice Countryside, Realtors, now known as Boice O'Neal Realty. She began as the marketing coordinator for the brokerage but decided in 2005 that she was ready to move into sales. Soon thereafter, she joined forces with The North Woods Group, comprising of 6 other Realtors®, including a webmaster who works daily to promote Group listings and capture buyer leads. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and the many local events featured throughout the Truckee & Lake Tahoe communities.
