Learning about the unique ways that people think and cope and heal. Reading on various subjects (ok I am a nerd, I have a lot of interests). Political activism. I am active in the mental health consumer movement and am passionate about shifting the way we think about healing from mental illness, to include the need for connection, belonging and community, being vulnerable and willing to be seen for who we are, seeing and owning our gifts, and finding and living our purpose. Living life fully and taking care of myself in the process. Being connected to Oneness as much as possible, without getting caught in the distractions life throws at me.
