Abstract:

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a -hydroxyamide or -ketoamide, said process comprising the steps of: a) reacting a resin which comprises a polymer-supported isocyanide with an aldehyde in the presence of a catalyst, to form a resin-bound -hydroxyamide; b) optionally reacting said resin-bound -hydroxyamide with a reagent which is capable of oxidizing said resin-bound -hydroxyamide to a resin-bound -ketoamide; and c) reacting said resin-bound -hydroxyamide or resin-bound -ketoamide with a reagent which cleaves the nitrogen-resin bond to form a -hydroxyamide -ketoamide.

Abstract:

The present invention relates to a process for preparing 3-acylamino imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines having the formula: wherein R is one or more units which can substitute for hydrogen ring atoms; Ris C-Clinear, branched, or cyclic alkyl; C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted aryl; C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted alkylenearyl; Ris C-Clinear, branched, or cyclic alkyl; C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted aryl; C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted alkylenearyl; C-Csubstituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; said process comprising the steps of:a) reacting an isonitrile resin with an aldehyde having the formula RCHO and a substituted or unsubstituted 2-aminopyridine in the presence of an acid catalyst to form a resin bound 2-substituted-3-aminoimidazo[1 ,2-a]pyridine; and b) cleaving said resin bound 2-substituted-3-aminoimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine substrate from said resin by reacting said substrate with an acyl halide having the formula RCOX; X is chlorine or bromine, to form a said 3-acylamino imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine.

Method and apparatus for transforming data structures into canonical data structures are provided. The methods may include receiving data structures in specific formats and receiving data structures in exceptional formats. The method may include determining the type of format of each of the received data structures. The method may include creating a map for each of the received data structures. The method may include transforming each of the received data structures into a canonical data structure based on the created map. An exceptional data structure map may include a map used for another specific data structure with an overlay of the information exceptional to the exceptional data structure.
