In accordance with example embodiments of the present disclosure there is at least a method and apparatus to perform communicating between a network node and a user equipment of a communication network, authorization for the user equipment to join a group of user equipment to enable the user equipment to receive multicast configurations for multicast signaling authorized for the group, wherein the authorization is based on configurations in common between the user equipment and the group of user equipment; and based on the joining, utilizing the configurations in common to produce signaling between the communication network and the user equipment to receive multicast configurations for the multicast signaling authorized for the group.

Abstract:

Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for machine learning based channel state information (CSI) estimation and feedback configuration are provided. A method may include learning channel state information feedback from one or more user equipment as time series data. The method may also include building a predictive model for user equipment feedback based on the learned channel state information feedback. The method may further include configuring a channel state information trigger with the one or more user equipment based on the predictive model. In addition, the method may include signaling predicted channel state information to the one or more user equipment.

A method for encoding a sequence of control information bits comprising: generating a sequence of error detection bits based on the sequence of control information bits; generating a sequence of error correction bits based on the sequence of control information bits; and distributing the sequence of error detection bits and the sequence of error correction bits between the sequence of control information bits to form a combined sequence of bits, such that the bit order of the combined sequence of bits following the distribution enables an error detection check to be performed before or after a first error correction check bit.

Abstract:

Aspects of the present disclosure describe systems, methods, and structures that provide action recognition with high-order interaction with spatio-temporal object tracking. Image and object features are organized into into tracks, which advantageously facilitates many possible learnable embeddings and intra/inter-track interaction(s). Operationally, our systems, method, and structures according to the present disclosure employ an efficient high-order interaction model to learn embeddings and intra/inter object track interaction across the space and time for AR. Each frame is detected by an object detector to locate visual objects. Those objects are linked through time to form object tracks. The object tracks are then organized and combined with the embeddings as the input to our model. The model is trained to generate representative embeddings and discriminative video features through high-order interaction which is formulated as an efficient matrix operation without iterative processing delay.

Abstract:

Embodiments described herein encode data for multiple-segment transmission in a communication channel by encoding payload bits with an outer code and distributing the outer encoded payload bits to a plurality of N element coders, where N is an integer greater than one. At each of the N element coders the respectively input outer encoded payload bits are encoded with a respective element code. Outputs of the N element coders are encoded with an inner code such that the inner code applied to at least one of the outputs of the N element coders is a function of the output of at least one other of the N element coders. Finally, N discrete inner coded outputs are provided for transmission in respective N discrete segments of a wireless channel. The examples present polar element coders and the inner code combines outputs of certain element coders with an exclusive-OR function.
