Born a North Carolina native, Douglas began his career in real estate in the late 1990's. Formerly a student of Wingate University, Douglas enlisted in the Navy and was introduced to the diversity of people and cultures. It was there that he was inspired to want to help people for a living and moved to Florida. While working for CompUSA, Douglas assisted a Watson Realty agent whom inspired him to work in real estate. Douglas worked for New Home Construction before wanting to branch out in the industry and join Watson Realty where he currently works. Outside of work, Douglas enjoys a family life, being active in church, and outdoor actives; fishing and dirt-biking are just a few of his past-times. but real estate doesn't stay at the office. Douglas is a junkie for the industry and For Douglas it isn't work, it's his life.
