I have been in the real estate business for over 20 plus years. Prior to selling real estate I was an interior designer, working for my husbands company, designing their model homes. I did other designing projects for commercial and residential properties. I was a top selling agent in 2002 and a member of the presidents club in 2003 and 2004. I am able to tell homeowners how to stage their homes in order to get the highest value and what they need to get the job done. I am able to show buyers that with a little imagination and foresight they can get the dream home they are looking for. This comes with the experience of being involved with new construction, and seeing the process from the ground up. I am able to make potential buyers and sellers feel like they are working with someone who is caring and deligent, and who will always steer them in the right direction. Many of my clients come away with a feeling of making a new friend and confidant.
